How it works(how EdekiHub works) for manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, importers, buyers and sellers who are selling, buying, sourcing, exporting or importing.

How EdekiHub Works

1. Register on EdekiHub as a Seller(e.g product seller/service provider) or Register on EdekiHub as a Buyer(e.g product buyer/service seeker).

2. Complete your compliance (KYC/KYB/AML) especially as a seller/service provider by submitting relevant documents such as

  • Government issued means of identification that is valid but not expired(e.g international passport, driver’s license, national identity card, NIN or voter’s card).
  • Business name/company registration certificate.
  • Tax certificate clearly showing your tax identification number.

Note: Ensure your documents are authentic. If you upload fake or forged documents, you will be reported to relevant and appropriate law enforcement authorities and be charged and prosecuted for forgery.

3. Start Selling/Exporting by posting your sales/export offers, Start Buying/Importing already listed offers or Start Sourcing products you are interested in buying/importing.

(1) We prefer working directly with principal end buyers (not brokers/agents/facilitators) in order to avoid wasting each other's time.

(2) For bulk purchase, we may request for the Principal End Buyer's official expression of interest such as ICPO, LOI or LPO(Local Purchase Order) issued to us by the Principal End Buyer (not agent/broker/facilitator).
